Six months later...
The courthouse was full once again.
This time...
Khloe entered holding baby Hope in her arms.
The entire courtroom stood.
Not because of Richard.
Not because of Vanessa.
But because Harrison Cole had never lost a major civil case.
Richard took the witness stand.
Harrison spoke softly.
"You told your wife you wanted a family."
"Correct?"
"Yes."
"You transferred eighteen million dollars while she was pregnant."
Silence.
"You planned to leave her bankrupt."
Silence.
"You knew your mistress was pregnant."

"You watched your wife fall."
Richard finally whispered,
"...yes."
Gasps filled the courtroom.
Then came Vanessa.
She insisted it had been an accident.
Harrison simply played the surveillance video.
Frame by frame.
Zoomed in.
There was nowhere left to hide.
After only three hours...
The jury returned.
Vanessa Kensington—
Guilty of aggravated assault.
Richard Harrington—
Liable for fraud, conspiracy, financial misconduct, and emotional damages.
